What I use
I use your email and booking details for your request.
Who receives it
I receive what you send. When you book, Google Calendar also receives the details you enter.
How long I keep it
I keep it while I need it to handle your request and keep normal business records.
Your choice

What not to send
Do not send sensitive information by email or in your booking notes.
